We are looking for passionate and highly creative Community Managers to lead the development and expansion of our communities.
The Community Manager will be the individual responsible for managing the moderators, communicating and developing an intimate relationship with our community. By developing a significant understanding of our products, a successful Community Manager will educate and excite both existing and new community members through clear and thoughtful dialogue in colaboration with his team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
You’ll need to have some experience working with Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
Proficient in Google Analytics.
At least two years of experience managing social media platforms is required.
Strong communication and writing abilities are essencial.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Communication : You need to be able to talk with the media, community users and your superviors about different aspects of online communities. You may engage users within the community one day. Another day, you may talk with people outside the community about the company brands. You also might have to be disciplinarian who enforce the rules of online spaces. The ability to think critically, emphasize with others and act rationally and fairly in tough situations.
Organization : To be able to handle all the reports, digital files, meetings and deadlines that are part of running an online community, you will need to be able to keep everything ordered. The capacity of working independently and developing your own or work within existing organizing schemes, will be the key to be successful in this role.
Analytic : Knowing how to collect user statistics or qualitative data on members’ experiences and put it in a report form is essential for your mission. Having the knowledge and ability to analyze statistics and feedback will allow you to be able to better respond to users’ needs and desires.
Time Management : Being able to split your time between different tasks, will be essential. During deadlines, you still have to be able to make time to start conversations on our socials, manage moderators, promote the brand and do other everyday tasks involved with online communities.
Being multilangual is a must.
